Fees and Financing
We are committed to providing the best possible care and to keeping costs as low as possible. We will discuss estimated fees with you prior to surgery. Cosmetic surgery is elective and therefore not covered by insurance. We accept most major credit cards, check and cash.
- Advanced Patient Financing (APF) – You may apply by phone by calling 1-800-392-5189 or online at www.advancedpatient.com – the finance percentage runs from 5.99%-27.99%. They also offer same as cash plans.
- Chase Health Advance – You may apply by phone by calling 1-888-519-6111 or online at www.chasehealthadvance.com – You will need to give them our provider merchant ID number 10730. They offer 3, 6, or 12 months same as cash plans as well as 24-48 months extended payment plans. The interest rates range from 11.99%-27.99%.
- CareCredit – You may apply by phone by calling 1-800-365-8295 or online at www.carecredit.com – The only option our office offers with this company is the 48 month fixed 16.90% interest rate. There is a $2000 minimum with this company.
- Surgery Loans.com – You may apply by phone by calling 1-888-405-8140 or online at www.surgeryloans.com – the finance percentage runs from 9.99%-27.9%. Your first payment is due 45-60 days after surgery.
